SERVICE OF PROCESS: includes 3-5 attempts or due diligence.

Upon completion of Service of Process, Proofs of Service are mailed to San Diego County courts for self represented individuals and copies will be emailed to you for your records. Otherwise, for any other courts, Proofs of Service(s) will be email/mailed back to you for filing.

• Print fees for services are $.20 a page, after 40 pages.
• Court copy fees/postage for mailings may apply.
• Check advancement fees are 8% or $4.00 minimum.
